This one-day course will be held at the Lewisburg Fire Department, 116 S. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH 45338. The cost is $250 per person and advance registration is required. Courses are offered on Tuesdays, from 9 a.m.–3 p.m., on the following dates:

This five-day course will be held at the MACIE Training Center, 1615 Springfield Street, in Dayton, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Oct. 20-24, 2008. There will be an additional Night Operation Exercise of 3-6 hours. The cost is $350.

Course will include:

• Tactical medical exercises with patient simulators
• Human anatomy lab
• Ride along with local EMS agencies
• Clinical rotation with the MVH Trauma program
• Attendees include USAF Pararescue team members
• Physician instructors with tactical medicine expertise

Requirements:

• Affiliation with SWAT, Bike Medic Team, or Military
• Must be able to attend every day, all day, in addition to night operation exercises
• Physically fit for duty
